Yep, she's definitely a pullet. Is she a pure Black Ameraucana? She has lovely black feathers.

It is half barrel rock and americana

If the mother was the barred Rock, then this must be a pullet. A barred Rock rooster will pass the barring gene to both male and female chicks. A barred hen can only pass the barring gene to her male chicks. That's how black sexlinks are made.
Here are mine from the same cross. My pullets turn out solid black. The cockerels have barring.
