Rooster or Hen?

These 2 are my son's chickens. We were really hoping for a roo and a hen, but I'm starting to think they are both roosters. They are 9 week old White Cochins. Any thoughts?

Definite cockerels. They won't have any male feathering yet at that age- but those combs and wattles don't lie.

That's why I'm confused. Their the only 2 Cochins we have, so I don't have any others to compare them with.
