Rooster or Hen

Trying to figure out if this one is a hen or rooster, there 6-8 weeks not sure. We got them from a school project but our town by laws only allow us to have hens. Kinda bad pictures I’ll get better ones in the morning.

Not sure what chicken your referring to, but there is definitely a roo in there! PRETTY flock of chickens though!

No, they are not RIR's. They are some sorta mix, one of them is an EE or Americana I believe.
