Rooster or Hen?

Since majority is saying cockerels, can you have 2? The third we believe is a hen as she is smaller and doesn't have the darker feathers.
Also, how hard would it be to introduce 2 females to the flock? They would be aged between 10-15 weeks old.

You can keep two cockerels together, if there's no females around. They will fight over them, and if they don't fight... they'll over sex the one pullet.

You can have multiple roosters they just may fight a bit to figure out and maintain a heirarchy. Generally speaking though it's usually advised to have a larger hen:rooster ratio as the roosters can be quite sexually agressive with less selection available
