Rooster or Hen?

First time chicken owner here!! We hers a couple of these beauties crowing this morning. I have a feeling they are all roosters.

Anyone have any idea?

Yes, they told us they were all pullets and will produce medium brown eggs.

No, they were 4 weeks old when we got them.
