Rooster or Hen?

We bought some straight run RIR chicks from TSC. They are about 11 weeks old. Are these pullets or cockerels? Several people keep saying pullets but my husband and I are not convinced All off our sexed pullets (barred rocks) have much smaller and lighter combs/wattles.

The red one is a male, and I think the rest are females.
