rooster or hen

Does it make a different if its a rooster or hen, taste, moister, tenderness, prossesing?

To me there isnt. But I will tell you this.... there is more meat in a rooster most of the time. That is why when you start to order a broiler or some other "big" meat breed the roosters are higher.

Your roos grow faster too, so less time in feeding.
