So I'm thinking it was about 10 days old or so at that time? Either way, now it's about Four weeks old. You could see the comb coming in. rooster? I know certain breeds have more prominent combs.

The Partridge Rock is pullet. No doubt at all.
Pullet. Males look very different and will show signs of it early on. Yours has the brown, fully penciled look of a female.
ETA: feathers on wingtips but fuzzy otherwise was just a couple days old. Your chick is probably closer to 3 weeks than 4.
