How did you get a blue and buff brahma? Did you breed for it or buy it?
The blue guy was my splash BLRW hen X my Buff brahma bantam rooster. Since black X splash = 100% Blue, all of their chicks have feathered legs, buff bodies, but blue hackles and tail tips. So they essentially look like Blue Buff brahmas. A few have faint lacing, but Acorn (the roo) has a lot of lacing. It was a for fun breeding that turned out really cool.
