Rooster? (picture)

I have an 8 week old Araucana cross. Does it look like a roo? Sorry, the picture isn't very good. I thought that it may be a rooster due to his/her rounded tail feathers.

Might be, but to me she looks female. The curving tail feathers are probably just a characteristic of her breed.
