I don't think "mixed in many generations back and then bred to a new standard" counts as "crossed with". JMO.

All breeds started with crossing.

I know that. Normally a new breed will breed true at the 3rd, & 4th generations. Some take a full five years of intense breeding.

American games do not have more than one spur per leg. I've been around Americans enough to know. If your American game has more than one spur per leg it is mixed with something non American game

My mistake. I read it on an old thread (https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/double-triple-spurs-on-a-rooster.839227/) but couldn't find any pictures of games with multiple spurs or any other reference of them.

I heard Cubayla GameFowl [Excuse my spelling) can have multiple spurs, along with a few more that I can't remember.
