how old is he
where is he kept
what is the bedding
picture of it

picture of his poop
any blood in his poop
how many birds do you have
how big is their housing/run
does he look ruffled/fluffed up
how many roosters do you have
how long have you had him
please use many words and be VERY thorough,

it looks like he has been fighting, there is a scab on his comb, or it could be fowl pox

how is his weight
have you looked in his mouth

I am no expert at all, but I had a chicken do this and I notice that you have a bale of something that looks very dusty I wonder if he has inhaled dust and can't breathe properly. It happened to mine when I was building their coop and I lost two this way. Try looking in emergencies/diseases and injuries and cures for breathing problems and see if anything matches the symptoms of your bird. Very nice looking bird by the way
