I'm so confused. They all look the same to me

I was half asleep when i commented on this (i believe).. By sickles i meant they aren't rounded.. Rounded-hens, pointy-cockerels.. in the second picture you can see them going across the shoulders or wings...

Also indicating cockerel as hens don't really get long. Rod's picture is perfect with showing where to look.

I *think* I understand now. I googled BO roos in the images tab & came across this image.

The darn things still all look the same to me as far as feathers though, LOL. But he's the only one so far showing so much "wattle-age" & pinking of the comb.....

Maybe in the next couple days I can try to get pics of them all & post. So can you tell the other breeds the same way then- RIR & EE's?

DT, thank you so much for your kindness! I know I'll (hopefully) get better at this, which is why I'm asking so many questions & posting pics now. I'm hungry for this information. I love doing this & hope God sees fit to let me keep doing it.
