Rooster shaking head?

We have a buff Orpington rooster that has been doing something weird. He will be acting normal and all of a sudden he shakes his head and then continues what he was doing. Is this normal? Our other roosters don't do this. He has been doing this for a few months. Does he have a brain injury? What could be wrong with him if this isn't normal?

I had a Roster that did that often as well, he was fine. I hope for the best!

Any sign of mites/Lice.

Check vent feather and under the wings.

He doesn't have lice. What else could it be?

Possibly a ear infection when did he start doing this?

I don't know, maybe 1 or 2 months. We never thought much of it.
