If you are putting the chicks with the adult hens, I think you may have problems. Better to keep them in a seperate brooder so they can get bigger before integrating. The older hens will establish a new pecking order, and these little guys may not survive it.
This particular trait is one of those love hate ones! Some people LOVE frizzles, others think they look wierd. To each their own! I like them because they make me laugh - they are just funny! My roo is very gentle and sweet. He treats the girls well, and has never been aggressive toward anyone. He supposedly had Auracauna in him, but who knows - I hatched him from an egg I got from a guy on Craigs List.
