Personally, if no other birds were showing signs of illness, I would not treat them with anything.

Thank you so much for all your help. I promptly bagged and refrigerated the body, so testing is still an option. I've been reading up on Coccidiosis and Enteritis prevention so I can give the other birds the best chance possible.
On a positive note, we still have the top rooster, and the loss of the other two hasn't effected egg production!
