Rooster spur injury, normal wound healing?

Hi all. About a week ago I noticed one of my hens had a visible scab under her wing. Further inspection showed 2 puncture marks and 2 linear marks along her sides. I'm thinking it was our roo spurs from mounting. We have since given the boys spur trims

One side is quite deep, and there's a pocket at the base that I'm having a hard time getting the internal scab removed. I've done 105 degree soak with a little dawn and chlorhexidine and gotten quite a bit out of. For that pocket at the bottom (circled in picture), should I try a bit of peroxide to help loosen the scab?
The first pictures are before the debridement.

The last picture is the other side after debriding. My question is, the yellow section in the middle.. is that normal healing tissue, or does that need to be removed everyday?

After soaking, I will spray banixx and apply neosporin 2x daily

It appears you've done a pretty decent job of debriding. Call it done. Next, you will clean with soap and water each day to remove newly accumulated surface bacteria. Then you will coat the wound with antibiotic ointment to keep the wound from drying out. Moisture protected by the ointment nourishes the new tissue growth.

You will begin to notice the tissue surrounding the wound will begin to show a raised ridge called granulation. This will slowly progress toward the center as new tissue fills in the wound.
