Only have a balcony. He has his playtime in balcony most of the day in and out but sleeps indoors.

Well since you have a balcony maybe you can get a hen? It’s better to let him live outdoors but I understand that you love him. Since he’s a rooster he will try to mount things and show his dominance to you. Do not let him do that. He will also crow very soon. I’ve definitely come to love Hei Hei online.
How big is he? Is he small enough to have a bantam hen as a mate? How much does he weigh?
