I have a rooster that I need to get rid of. I have a silkie hen and a cochin hen that are nothing but pets, but am afraid that when they get to breeding age he will hurt the silkie trying to mate her. I am in Maryville, TN. But might possibly meet someone if they are not too far away. He is a calm rooster, although he will not let anyone get too near him. I will give hin to anyone that wants him. Just don't tell me if you are going to put him in a stew pot! LOL
