Rooster toenail problem!!!

Hello. I went to take care of the chickens this morning and noticed one of my roosters limping. After checking him out, it looks like one of his toenails is twisted. I would appreciate any suggestions of how to help him.

Does it look injured or just twisted like it might have grown that way? Is the nail broken and hanging?
