Rooster took a chunk, how to treat/clean?

Our rooster took a pretty good piece from one of our hens. What can I use to clean the wound? It's dry but looks pretty deep. Also can we clip his claws so he doesnt' keep doing this to her? Looks like it could be happening while he's mounting her. Thanks so much -D-

Clean with a damp clean cloth and apply Neosporin. Then get her a saddle or trim his nails, or both.
