Rooster walks with limp and keeps kicking back one leg

Hi! My 1 yr old Barred Rock rooster has injured his right leg. He limps and keeps kicking the injured leg back over and over like he is shaking something off it. I cannot see anything wrong with it though he has always had some funky legs and feet. It has been going on for two weeks during a period of snow. My chickens were not standing on snow much, I put down straw for them so they could come out of the coop. Any ideas on what is wrong or what to do? Thanks!!
