Rooster wipes beak on me?

What does it mean when a rooster wipes his beak on you? I notice mine does that a lot.

My rooster is a pet rooster who is very comfortable with me.

All my chicks will do that when I hand feed them treats. I think they are just cleaning off their beaks! I can see sparrows at my feeders wipe their beaks off on the branches after getting a snack too!
