rooster with a cold?

he took a tun for the worse when i got home from work in the mourning, we looked it up in the chicken health book guide and it looks like he has blue comb
 
i dont know what it is, it is in the chicken health handbook,
i guess it fairly common, the poor roo has every symptym, his comb is starting to shrivil up, and its turning blue, it cant be frostbite as he has been in the basement, with the wood burning stove,
