Rooster with dislocated hip?

We have the most amazing rooster that we love dearly, but he has gotten himself injured. We have a couple of different breeding flocks, and keep them separated by electric mesh fences, although we only run electric through the exterior fences. Two roosters got into a fight through the fence, and our favorite rooster started limping a bit. We evaluated his leg and it seemed like it was just a sprain. He was getting better. We've taken care of the fence problems, and made sure there is a solid barrier up so they can't see each other anymore, but the wind from hurricane beryl blew the solid barrier away, and they got into another fight before we were out in the morning. Now he's not able to put any weight on his injured leg, and his hip feels like it is protruding more than the other one. Is there anything we can do to try to fix his hip? I'm trying to see if there are any vets in the area that might be able to help, but I'm not having any luck so far, and we don't have a huge amount of money to spend on a vet right now.

I don't have any pictures, but his foot is still operating just fine, I can't feel any breaks, there doesn't seem to be any swelling, he doesn't show any signs of pain when I touch any part of his leg or hip, he is able to grab onto my finger with his toes, and I don't know what else to do to see what might be going on, or how to fix it. He's eating/drinking/pooping like normal. He's still trying to cover his hens, but he's not able to do that. He'll hop around on one leg and go sit out in the sun. He just won't put any weight on his hurt leg.

Can you separate him for a couple of days so he can stay off of it and hopefully heal a bit?

I had a hen that did something to her hip. She wouldn't even stand for a few days. Once she healed as much as she could she was pretty normal but had a slight limp for the rest of her life.

We've had him separated, and he isn't getting any better at all :(

I know my case might be different but I had a roo with a similar situation would hop around and not put any weight on his hurt leg we checked everything and found a spot at the sole of his foot turns out it was bumble foot. Again maybe not your case but try checking the sole of his foot. Hope he gets better soon!
