I have made a last-ditch vet appointment today, the soonest we can get up to Buffalo is 3pm. His comb is very dark red, almost purple, and he is obviously struggling. My vet is better equipped to help him, if she can, than I am. I only wish we could get up there sooner but if my husband gets fired (for leaving before they let him for a non-family emergency), then taking care of everyone would be very difficult, as I don't make enough to support us both. Though we think otherwise, his place of work does not consider a pet as a family member.

Sadly anyone that might help us are at work right now. I am keeping Trousers comfortable as I can in the interim.

My heart goes out to you! Poor Trousers, such a rough week you all have been having. I hope the trip this afternoon helps him and he recovers if he can. Praying for all at the fud ladies house.

I too get up and check on trousers to see how he's doing, I have so enjoyed hearing his story's and I am praying for his recovery. My hopes are they can dislodge the clot or remove it some how if that's what it is. Sending hugs and strength your way Fud lady.
