rooster with neck Injury

My flock got attacked by a dog the other day, everyone seems to be fine, except my RIR Rooster. The dog got alot of his feathers off his back and neck, and now he walks around with his head down, and can't seem to lift it very well. He seems to be eating and drinking ok, and even mounted one of the hens yesterday. I was just wondering of there is anything I can do to make his neck any better, or if it will be like that permanently. Thanks!

he seems to be able to hold his head up more, but still kinda hunchbacked.
