Rooster with some crackly breathing and minor feather loss

I have a Buff rooster that breathes with crackles upon exertion mostly and some minor feather loss. He exhibits no other symptoms. Acts normal, eats normal, no sneezes, crows, clear eyes, nice comb. Just losing feathers hear and there but most noticeably is his crackly, raspy breathing normally after running. Sitting still I don't hear it. Any ideas?

maybe a begining of a cold desease treat it with tripple sulfa for three days for in case before it getting worse
