rooster wonderer?

What breed is this rooster? It seems to be a Bantam of some kind. My hens are twice as big as he is. Also, he just showed up this morning on my pasture. Do roosters roam? I have 7 neighbors and no one owns this guy. I thought they stay and protect their flock. I'm wondering if someone dropped him off. Thanks!

Looks like an old English game.they will roam if no lady's around.He's not a spring chicken by the looks of those spurs
