Rooster

He's unsure, just keep it up, as I said it might take a while, weeks before he stops it, don't back down, always move forward, standing still and looking at each other is how fights start. Good luck, if he's already backing down he may not be as tough as he's making himself, I use my plastic scoop, and will throw it a the trouble making rooster even if he isn't looking, once again a dominant rooster with sometimes chase subordinates just because. Once I know I can trust them they don't get bothered unless they try to mate in front of me, that's a no no as well

400
THATS him

Looks like a sex link rooster, a bit more scrappy in my opinion than other breeds or mixes, keep at him, or invite him to dinner, I have 11 mature roosters and none give me any trouble, though some got the plastic can thrown their way during puberty.

Thanks he os fine now I been helping him in problems and is this normal very time I go close to him he looks me in he eye for a minute and then stops

If you are engaging in staring matches with your rooster, it's an invitation to him to challenge you. The best thing you can do with this rooster is to ignore him, behave like an upright mammal, and let him think you think he's a mere chicken.
