Rooster?

Hello All, I am new here. We have raised chickens for 5 years now and gotten them from hatcheries. In all that time I have never had a missexed bird until now. What do you all think. I got this batch of chicks from mypetchicken hatching on Sept 24. The black copper Marin I believe is a rooster. These photos were taken at 4 and 5 weeks old. The other chicken in the photo is a splash Marin who I am pretty sure is a female. The comb started developing around 2-3 weeks old

The black copper Marin is definitely a rooster not sure about the other one.

Oh, I didn't know there were two of them. They are both definitely cockerels though.

Agree with @DobieLover, I never saw the splash it must not loaded on my phone.
