Rooster???

so I think this white thing is a rooster, no? “She” was supposed to be a hen but of late she’s been grown a ton, her tail is really pretty and she’s always been a little aggressive. Plus this morning someone in our hen house “cock-a-doodle-do’d” and of all our chicks, she seems to be the only one fitting the description of being roosteresque. What do you think: is the she a he? And what breed is this?? Thanks in advance, it’s been a funny morning here...
