Rooster?!?!

We have 4- 4 week old Sapphire Gems and I suspect that one is a rooster. It’s developed a much bigger, redder comb and has almost no tail feathers.

Pics 1&2 are the suspect; Pics 3&4 are a representative of what the others look like.
