Rooster?

Is this a rooster. The red one. I have known for weeks that the white one was a rooster because of the feathers but the big one hasn’t really had many pointed feathers. Looked like a big hen for a while. But now I see some shiny feathers. Think this is a roo? They are about 20 weeks

Cockerel. He doesn't have his male saddle feathers in yet, but those wing bars and the size of the comb at the age (guessing around 12 weeks because of the saddle feathers) means he's a cockerel with no doubts.
