8 month old rooster or hen?

I have what I thought was a rooster but he is 8 months old with a small comb and barely any waddles. My girls from his batch have way bigger combs and waddles and have been laying for a while now. He hasn’t laid any eggs and I haven’t heard him crow. No other roosters. He doesn’t act like a rooster with the girls or me. He actually gets picked on a lot. He just looks so funky to me. He is very big bodied (bigger than all my hens) and short, but not broiler type so he is fine. I’ve had several roos over the years but nothing like this even with some big Brahmas. Could it be a hen or a stunted roo?

You could deworm her to see if internal parasites cause her delayed development.

Oh yay! Thanks everyone. I almost sold her when she was younger because she looked so different than my other pullets and I thought she was a Roo. She is super pretty with her curly tail.
