Okay will have another go the people we purchased him from had Belgium duccle/ bantams which hatched him and he was hand raised. He has feathers on his feet.

Yeah, OK. I'm going to guess the cockerel has salmon faverolle in him. The pullet is either an OE, or if she comes from the same parentage as the cockerel, they might be weird looking bearded silkie crosses
