Roosters Comb

I got a new rooster and still have him in quarantine…what’s up with his comb? It’s not raised, so I’m thinking not fowl pox. Fighting injuries maybe?

The white stuff looks like a fungus disease that is minor and the black could be frostbite or blood that is dried up.

We’re in Florida. Meant to put that in original post, I figured someone would think frost bite lol
