Roosters eyes peeling PLEASE HELP

Rooster stopped walking last Friday but recently his eyes have been hurting him yesterday they weren't peeled out like now

Looks like your rooster suffered frost damage. Not sure where your location is, but presumably still cold. Do you have sufficient ventilation in your coop??? Is there a possibility that your rooster has been getting wet while drinking water and then suffering freezing temps???
