I have 2 Black copper marans Roosters in a run with 6 Black copper maran hens, and 5 speckled Sussex hens. They are only 10 weeks old. I noticed the other day that my Roosters are already mounting the hens. I have researched and researched, and can't seem to find any answers. I Have never heard of Roosters this young mounting hens. Can someone please give me some information and advice as to why they would start doing this as such a young age?

Because their hormones are probably raging already. Some mature much quicker. My guess is they aren't quite able to mate yet but are practicing. I personally would separate them out from the girls. They are gonna be trouble. After they all mature more you could add one back.

This is interesting to me because ours are about 21-22 weeks and I haven't seen our rooster try to mount any of the ladies yet! Definitely following this thread!
