Roosters or not?

Favs are very nice birds if both roos are nice you could possibly keep both since they don't tend to over breed the hens and if you don't want both they're supposed to be delicious if you can eat one they're pretty cute when they grow up.

Favorelles are wonderful birds! You will need MANY pullets if you want to keep both cockerels! I'd recommend that you watch them grow, and pick the nicest one to keep. That's not the one that's 'in your face', but the one who moves away from you, and watches out for the pullets.
Get more Favorelles! They tend to be very sweet, and don't manage well with birds that are pushier. No sex-links or production reds, especially!

I might need to get another run then. I have six RIRs and three ISA Browns. They are together now and I would say they are on the bottom of pecking order but they are not constantly picked on and they tend to stay in a group which makes the others leave them alone. I plan on putting up an electric four foot fence up in the back of my property so they can free range two acres during the day and have a 180 square foot run and 120 ft coop to stay at night.

I was thinking f getting two or four more hens f they lay enough. I get plenty of eggs from my other hens so don't need one egg a day but the yard got earn their keep. Love their personality and passive behavior. They come up to you even as babies.

Nice birds... so when did they start getting all the long white feathers on the head? Mine are ten weeks old now.

At about four months,they mature pretty slowly the one in the pic is about 6 months there.

They are both cockerels. The tan one in the background is a pullet. Black=cockerel, Tan=pullet.

Salmon Faverolles girls at least, are also bred for other colors, mahogeny,etc. I think "Keesmom," is the go-to person for Faverolles advice.
