I have a rooster that has lost a couple of long tail feathers will they grow back if they fall out?

If a feather is completely gone, shaft and all, then yes they will grow back.
If the feather is only broken but the shaft is intact they won't grow back until a moult.

is that for hens two? i have alot of my hens that have no tail feathers at all. i think that they are eatting them. i have alot of room for them to run so they are not croded. so i dont know if they are missing any thing in there diet. can any one help me?

It can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, according to what I've seen with my roo. Again, if the feather is only broken off, but not completely gone you'll have to wait for a moult.
