Roosters

If im allowed to have a rooster in my area can my neighbors complain about the noise?

Depending on where you live, it may still fall under noise ordinances even if you are allowed roosters. You might also want to do a search and take a look at some of the other threads on here about this. Even in areas that allow roosters, there have been cases of neighbors simply making life intolerable or even "doing away with" other people's livestock. It's not always as easy as it being allowed or not.

Have you spoken with your neighbor about what exactly it is they don't like about him? If it's something like him crowing too early it might be solvable with something like keeping him in until after 7am or so.
