Roosters?

We are new at raising chicks. We have 10 ISA Browns from Tractor Supply. 5 had 2 light brown stripes on their backs and seemed a bit larger than the all yellow ones. We thought they were a few days older perhaps. They are now 7 1/2 weeks old and after watching videos about how to tell the difference between sexes, the tails of 5 look like they might be roosters. How old will they be when they crow and irritate our close neighbors? When can we butcher them for best eating? Help! We wanted 10 laying hens!

At 7 weeks it should be apparent from size and/or color of combs which are males. Post some clear pics of their heads showing the combs and wattles here:

How old will they be when they crow and irritate our close neighbors?
Impossible to predict, but most start really crowing at around 3-4 months.

When can we butcher them for best eating? Help! We wanted 10 laying hens!
I slaughter my cockerels at 14-16 weeks.
Still tender enough for the grill and before they really start harassing the girls.
