roosting at the doorway, blocking the auto door from shutting

Recently at nightfall when the chickens return to thd coop one bird , second to last to go in , just stops and sits at the coop entrance right between the doors , causing the automation feature in the door to
not close , how can i stop her from doimg this ? for context, the coop is 5x6 , houses 9 18 week old hens
 
This happened to me the very first night with an auto door. I just nudged her in and she eventually got up the roost bars. Same bird did it Night 2. I gently pushed her in and she joined the others. Only happened those first 2 nights.

They will learn but you may have to check at dusk for a while and nudge your problem chicken.
 
yes , how would a lack of light effect their roosting habits ?

the strange thing is they've been living there for 3 months and only recently started this ..
 
Is it a hen who's higher in the pecking order? Could this be a controlling area power play show off to the other chickens?
