Hi all, My gals who are 16 weeks old have taken to roosting on the edge of the nests and as a result end up filling the nest boxes with poop. Easy to clean at this stage.... but they are gearing up to start laying and I don't want the poop in with the eggs! Here is a look inside my coop.... I have their roost going across over to the nests. You can see the piece of wood in front of the nests where the are roosting now. What can I do to stop them from roosting there.... should I do something to the nest boxes?? Change them etc???? Please let me know what you all think?? Thanks!!
