why do you have to dry them?
Rose hips for chickens?

I just came here searching for information on them, because I saw my chickens eating some that had dropped on the ground under the rose bushes. I'm glad they are safe for them to eat! I won't bother with the drying process. They seem to be enjoying them as they are.
