Rose or cushion??

Could anyone tell me what type of comb this is, and when it will start to rise up? This chick is about 6 or 7 weeks old in the picture. It is now closer to 8 weeks, and the comb has not changed much at all. It is still flat just like this picture shows.




It turned pink after my other chicks' combs (single) already had.
