I had a rooster that was fertalizing eggs really well, but we had to get rid of him because he was attacking us and the children. So I have 5 Rosters, and I'm guessing 20 hens. Either way, I have a broody silkie and I went to check her eggs to see how she was doing, and they were all infertile. I only have 5 laying chicken because the rest are due to lay next month. Before I got rid of the last rooster, all those eggs were fertalized. Can anyone help me? Do I have to many roosts and they are confused on what to do?? All my Rosters are non aggressive and barely even Crow because the last rooster bullied them all and made it known that he was the one in charge. All my current roosters act like hens. ...They are so passive lol! What should I do??
Thanks in advance!

It may just be a matter of their adjusting to the new pecking order. Sometimes a rooster can't do the deed because of a lot of size difference between roo and hen. Maybe soeone with ore chicken knowlege knows of other possible problems.

How old are the roosters? They will not reach maturity until around one yr. until then it is a hit or miss if the eggs are fertile. It take time for their systems to get working.
