Rouen Duck Eggs, Hatching Late?

This is my first time hatching duck eggs, and today my duck eggs are on their 28th day. And nothing is happening. Is that normal? I'm worried because their is 19 eggs that are moving around inside. But none are moving the eggs or making internal hatches. So did I just screw up the whole batch?

Hi again! Woke up this morning and checked on the eggs, nothing. None pipped. Should I open one of the eggs? I know that I should be patient with it, but any advise? Why would the eggs be late?
