I have a few ducks to ask about.

The first group were bought together. It was thought to be 4 females and 1 drake. Turned out 2 females and 3 drakes, of which I have rehomed one drake and have one to get rid of yet. I do not know there ages or anything. They were listed as buff or buff xs, but they were dumped on the person that I got them from. Photos are not great, they bunched up and would not cooperate.

The group

Second female - she has been laying and is giving an egg that is just short of twice the size of my chicken eggs about 5-6 per week

These 2, I got from a friend. They supposed to be Rouen but are both very dark. I have been told that here are darker lines out there but have not been able to find pictures. I think they are a cross. I am sure they are both females by the vocal contests they have when I come out to the pen. My friend and her husband have had their group for quite a while and this is several generations from their first ducks.

Finally, I got these 2 from another friend whose neighbors were not thrilled with the noise. They are about 6 mpnths old. Rouen but I had to clip their wings. They were flying around a bit when I went to pick them up. By flying, I mean they were taking off from the ground and getting to roof hieght. I am wondering if this means they are bred back to mallard lines more recently in their bloodlines...

I also thought the same as the 2 posts above and think several may have multiple breeds mixed in. The drake in that last picture is very handsome! Really nice looking group you have there.

First group saxony mix male, swedish mix male, swedish mix hen, khaki mix hen.
second group swedish or cayuga mix, rouen mix
third group pair khaki's ?

Thank you all. They are mostly for eggs for consumption, so academic. But I do want to re sort the flocks if I do hatch any out.

The last 2 do look more like Khakis, thank you. He is the one I will be using for any hatch outs, so if i get any more girls that would be my focus.
